POSITION:Yacht Account Manager
LOCATION:Palma de Mallorca
REPORTING TO:General Manager


Pinmar Yacht Supply (PYS) is an international superyacht supply company based in Palma de Mallorca providing a complete selection of marine supplies to yacht owners and their crew.

We are looking for an energetic, positive minded individual with a desire to work for the leading superyacht supply company in the industry to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.

Contacting and attending to clients of the yacht division with face to face visits, telephone calls, emails or other communication channels established and facilitated by the company, providing the highest level of service and attention.

Customer loyalty, maintaining existing customers and increasing the customer base in line with the company’s objectives.

Managing customer orders, working closely with the sales team and the order processing department.

Generate quotes/orders for customers with personal attention (by phone, email and WhatsApp).

Deal with customer requests, concerns and returns.

Work closely with other departments and management to ensure that adequate stock is available, and orders are delivered on time, and report on sales movements.

Ongoing training on the product portfolio.

Claiming receivables from customers in the assigned portfolio.


  • At least 2 years working experience in a similar position
  • High level in Microsoft Office package
  • High level of English
  • Driving licence C
  • Nautical knowledge/experience
  • Communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of SAP systems is a plus
  • Proactive attitude
